In 1963 Dick created this template and was originally called it the “Summer Semi”. It evolved into three distinct versions which included the “Pipeliner Gun”, the “Classic Pipeliner”,  and the original 1963.  This board follows the same template curve as the classic Pipeliner but has a fuller nose width of 18 1/2 ” relative to the classic Pipeliner. Steve Morgan kept the original curves but modified the Model 63’ adding the performance of down rails, a subtle concave bottom, with significant vee in the tail. The 2+1 fin set-up makes it a super versatile and a responsive board whether you are cruising at Queen’s or pulling in at Ala Moana! 9’0” x 22.5” x 3.0” 67.2 L
